The Stonewood Quality Assurance System

Quality and reliability are essential.  Stonewood Electronics has built its excellent reputation on efficiently delivering high quality solutions. To monitor and improve on our high standards, we developed the Stonewood Quality Assurance System to continually evaluate our business from the perspective of:

People

On joining Stonewood, each staff member completes an initial assessment. Together with an appointed mentor, they set personal goals that are subsequently reviewed at six monthly intervals. As appropriate, fresh targets are chosen in line with departmental growth. Employee skill base is reinforced with regular internal and external bespoke training.

We also recognize the important role of our partners. They are a vital aspact in the development of quality solutions. Again, we use Stonewood Quality Assurance System to continue evaluating and ensuring our high standards are met.

Process

As part of our ongoing efforts to continually improve customer service and quality, all processes are constantly monitored via audit, inspection and test. Regular reports are produced by our Quality Manager which identify any urgent action required, together with opportunities for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. We employ strict security procedures, to comply with our client obligations.

Performance

Key Performance indicators are regulated in line with the Stonewood Quality Assurance System to ensure continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
